Paperwork will be sent to your email before your visit and should be completed at home prior to your appointment. Just bring yourself and your insurance card if applicable.
All sessions are by appointment only. Our therapists are typically in session throughout the day, so we're unable to accommodate unscheduled visits. We appreciate you booking in advance.
Call or text our office at (503) 877-2805. Our front desk is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–3 PM. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message or send a text and we'll get back to you.
Yes, we accept OHP/PacificSource as your primary insurance. After your appointment, we bill your insurance directly. Any remaining balance or copayment will be billed to you.
Self-pay is always welcome. We also offer our Aligned Club Membership for patients who want to make massage a regular part of their wellness routine, with $40 off each session.
Existing patients: sign in with your phone number and date of birth, then pick your therapist, choose an open time, and confirm — that's it.
New patients: start with the short registration form on our site. Once we confirm your insurance, we'll text you a booking link so you can choose your appointment.
